HB328 HFA Fleischauer and Rowe 3-13

Delegates Fleischauer and Rowe move to amend HB328 on page 4, Section 4, lines 25 and 26 by striking out the words “including emergency rules, if”;

            And,

            On page 4, Section 4, line 26, following the period by inserting the following:

“The Treasurer may promulgate emergency rules pursuant to the provisions of §29A-3-15 of this code to implement the amendments to this article enacted during the 2021 3^rd extraordinary session of the Legislature.”
